Therapies for Children & Teenagers
ADHD Coaching for Teens

Providing students at school and university with practical tools, support, and self-awareness skills to thrive academically and personally, empowering them to reach their full potential in their educational journey.

Somatic ADHD & Autism coaching offers a holistic approach to support individuals with ADHD and Autism.

Somatic Techniques: Integrating body-oriented practices like mindfulness and movement to improve self-awareness, reduce stress, and regulate sensory experiences.

Psychoeducation: Providing comprehensive information about ADHD and Autism to reduce stigma, increase self-acceptance, and empower individuals and families to make informed decisions.

Emotional Regulation: Teaching strategies to identify, understand, and manage emotions effectively, improving mood stability and social interactions.

Executive Functioning Support: Offering practical tools to enhance organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills for better daily functioning.

Individualised support: Tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual and their family, collaborating closely to create personalised strategies for success.

In essence, this approach aims to promote self-awareness, self-regulation, and overall well-being in individuals with ADHD and Autism through a combination of body-focused techniques, education, and tailored support. While coaching complements therapeutic interventions, it is not therapy or a replacement for medication. Instead, it offers practical tools to manage neurodivergent challenges effectively.

Dionysios is an ADHD coach supporting individuals in three key areas—studies, work and family:

Academic life and studies: Coaching university students with ADHD, from undergraduate to doctoral level, with a focus on improving their academic performance by developing personalised skills and strategies for managing ADHD-related challenges such as procrastination, issues with concentration, time management, organisation and prioritisation, impulse control and low confidence and self-esteem.

Career development and transition: Career coaching for individuals with ADHD at various career stages, focusing on developing coping strategies to manage obstacles associated with ADHD in the workplace, improving clients’ happiness and motivation in their current roles, or helping them explore more fulfilling career paths.

Raising children with ADHD: Coaching parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, providing tailored strategies and tools and working collaboratively in a structured, empathetic and non-judgemental approach to help them more effectively manage the challenges of ADHD parenting while nurturing their children’s abilities and strengths.

At the core of Dionysios’ coaching philosophy is a deeply rooted belief in the transformative power of individualised support to help individuals uncover patterns and habits that impede their growth and create a life aligned with their core values and aspirations. In a typical session with Dionysios, clients can expect an atmosphere that is relaxed yet highly focused, friendly yet result-oriented. Driven by empathy, proactive encouragement and evidence-based methods, he ensures that each session is customised to meet his clients’ unique needs and challenges, propelling them closer to a positive change.

Dionysios holds the Guildhall Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and serves as Co-Chair and Director of the Professional Association of Specific Learning Difference Specialists in Higher Education (PASSHE). His academic journey includes studying music at City University London, earning a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, working as a research fellow at Harvard University, and obtaining a doctorate from the University of Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a primary school SEND Governor, and has completed the PASSHE Level 5 Course in Teaching Students with Specific Learning Differences in Further and Higher Education.
